Common word processing programs, such as MS Word, contain a mark-up tool that tracks changes to the document and allows the document owner to accept or reject each change. Typically, Ali-Ink returns two copies of the material by email, one showing all changes and including comments, and one "clean" copy with all of the edits incorporated. Authors can then decide which document they prefer to work in to make the final version.
For newsletters or materials containing many graphics, applications like Adobe Acrobat allow editors to make soft-copy mark-ups.
For sensitive materials, such as business financial reports, encryption can be used to ensure the secure transmission of your document by email. Just ask Ali how to set this up - it's free.
